Giving all local user accounts unique passwords

Local Policy is used to manage the passwords across wide ranges of infrastructure. Each user's password is unique. Local Policy is applied to a number of hosts in parallel, controlled by a Global Setting. Passwords in a large enterprises of 50,000 hosts get reset within minutes.
This Windows policy item applies to all computers under the /Machines OU on all Managed Domains
This policy item scrambles the password of this user
